Breathing is Amazing!
There is no one "right way" to breathe. Breath changes from moment to moment as a result of body position, emotional state, and activity - to name just a few. It naturally accommodates to different conditions.
The better we understand the anatomy and architecture of our breath, the more we can harness it to open, support, and deepen our practice.
This experiential anatomy workshop will focus on the muscles and structures that breathe us. We'll explore, inquire, and play through the use of images, models, breath work, and asana. All levels welcome.
